Okay. I have been fiddling with this background for like, five hours now. It is as good as it's gunna get. On the other hand, I am fairly proud of the fore-ground and the multiple shadows. How do you guys think it turned out?
I really love all the colors and the watercolor type texture that you used throughout. However, it still seems like she's floating and the circle underneath her is also. Did you mean it to be like that or is she supposed to be closer to the ground? I think it's the perspective because I feel like she needs to be closer to the bottom of the whole image to look right, or else the perspective needs to be changed.
I love all of the different colors you used. They are all so vibrant and the darker ring around the portal fits well even though everything is much lighter. I am a little confused with the background. The lines suggest that the background is deep but the line going across the walls behind her head is kind of confusing. If you got rid of that I think it would look a lot better.
Again, very soft colors. They are bright but are covered by an ethereal mist. I see that in a lot of your works. The image looks painful, despite being in such a a semi-vibrant background. Very fantasy-like.
