The 2 fence parts in the center back is attracting most of my attention. I don't know if it's the color, but it really stands out. If it's intentional, then disregard this comment. Maybe you could add a lens flare? It would give the picture a somewhat more personal perspective, rather than a brochure-like (?) feeling.
I think that the scene looks realistic and could be a cover of a brochure. If there is snow on the ground then the wooden railing should have snow on it too. The fence does look slightly out of place. Maybe if you made fake shadows or something, it would look more realistic.
I feel like the entire image is very clean and flat - I agree with the above comments in that it looks very idealized and brochure-like, and adding shadows and a specific light source might give it more realistic depth in the foreground of the image. And the wood railing would definitely need snow on it too if there is snow on the ground right in front of it.
I still vote that you make this monochromatic so it would be like a vaguely creepy postcard type thing, but making the balcony black would still help a lot. Can't get over the futuristic fireplace, either. It looks so interesting. Definitely steals attention from the mountains, but that could be a good thing. I think this piece just needs a little more focus and direction, but the subject matter and concept are really neat!
